Minimum 10 years' management experience in multiple functions
Proven track record with strategic / conceptual / financial roles
Creative, out-of-the box thinker who continuously challenges "the status quo" and who is on the look out for innovation and improvement
Strong Project Management skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Advise on, initiate, lead & successfully accomplish strategic tracks
Ensure that the right strategic opportunities are identified, structured, understood and sized in scope & impact (risk & opportunity)
Ensure collection of insights and supporting analysis and that different scenarios are anticipated for
Co-Define long-term strategy of the BU at stake and ensure Sales Directors have a clear understanding thereof
In charge of continuous improvement and performance management (analysis and business results) of the BU and reporting towards various stakeholders
Coach a team of Business & Performance Analysts
