After graduating, Tom joined Essensys (then ‘Ernst & Young Executive Interim Management’) in 2004. Within Essensys Tom is among others responsible for intake, search and selection of candidates, making sure the right match for an executive interim manager is made.
Tom is also responsible for Invoicing, IT, Quality and GDPR. Over the years, he was involved in various projects within Essensys’s sister companies Intys, Weevo and Talentus.
