After graduating, Tom joined Essensys (then ‘Ernst & Young Executive Interim Management’) in 2004. Within Essensys Tom is among others responsible for intake, search and selection of candidates, making sure the right match for an executive interim manager can be made and is made.
Tom is also responsible for IT, Quality and GDPR. Over the years, he was involved in various projects within Essensys’s sister companies Intys and Talentus.
