- Develop and implement an operational plan to further integrate and develop the business unit into the organization
- Identify and address operational and organizational bottlenecks during the change and transformation project
- Strengthen the engagement, collaboration and ownership of technical and engineering experts
- Secure and further develop the organization’s technical knowledge and expertise
- Act as a strategic and operational sparring partner within the wider organization
