In a crisis one recognizes a good CEO. We make decisions daily, but amid stress and anxiety, our emotional intelligence plays a crucial role.

Today, I see many of my colleagues CEOs doing a great job by focusing on solidarity, thereby rebuilding trust among their employees.

This is also confirmed as a striking result of a recent Essensys survey, conducted among companies in the service sector. 72% of the surveyed employees have confidence in their CEO and the way in which he/she deals with COVID-19.
