Within the context of an important strategic Carve-Out exercise, this international player needed a Global Program Manager to ensure a smooth transition towards the post Carve-Out situation in the functional domains of Global Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs.

The scope of the assignment did not only impact The Belgian Operations but also the other 100+ entities worldwide. The market pressure was high to reach set deadlines and accomplish the whole Program without any disruption to ongoing business in combination with zero fault tolerance.
