The CEO left Stuvex rather unexpectedly and the shareholder Group MC (at that time: Finco) contacted Essensys to fill in the gap.

The goal was clear: ensure continuity on the highest level, while initiating a change program aimed at improving the results whilst at the same time re-unite the staff and strive towards more involvement in the common goals of the company.
 

Solution

Essensys delivered an experienced, high-level CEO with a solid track record. The Essensys interim manager initiated a company-wide change program with strong focus on change in mentality, research and development, production and last but not least 'sales'.

Our interim manager successfully executed this change and optimization program while maintaining positive relations with customers and shareholders. At the end of the interim period, the shareholder Finco recruited the interim manager, who still holds the top position in the company at present.
