To support our Partners & Senior Advisors in finding the best interim managers for their we are looking to expand our team with a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Your responsibility is to:

• Assure a correct screening of all candidate interim managers, a clear and objective reporting on their competences and experiences. By conducting face to face interview in one of our different locations (Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent) or by video call.
• Cooperate with your colleagues, Partners & Senior Advisors, to select the best interim manager for each project.
• Continuous updating the temporary manager files in our CRM. Assure that all available interim managers are known by the team
• Source and search proactive candidates to assure all high level interim managers know, and are known by, Essensys

If you are interested, you need to have:

• Experience in the recruitment of senior profiles
• Broad knowledge of organizational design, senior roles and business processes.
• Good people skills and understanding of human nature
• Ability to draft to the point interview reports
• The capability to organize your work autonomously
• Good skills in video interviewing and experience with HR testing too
